The boards in this early 1900 property were some of the worst we had come across, thick bitumen based stain across the almost all of the floor in the lounge, with a generous helping applied in the other rooms. We set to work with our Bona HD belt sander and soon had the boards clean and back to something like their original colour, however after over a century the pine mellows from a pale whiter shade, to a much more honey tone, this was further enhanced using one of our Classic Lacquers, in this instance Bona Mega - Silkmatt.
